Bat Building / Tree Inspections
UK legislation requires all landowners to carry out bat surveys prior to modification or demolition of buildings suitable for roosting bats.
During a building or tree inspection, our ecologists will assess the potential for roosting bats on a given site. This process involves looking for evidence of bats and identifying possible roosting sites.
If no potential is found then no further actions or surveys are required. If potential is found then further surveys must be conducted at the appropriate time of year.

For further information call us today on 0114 279 2667 or email our consultant ecologist Nick White directly on n.white@wildsheffield.com to book a survey.
