Grounds Maintenance

Wildscapes undertake all manner of grounds maintenance and improvement, from mowing, planting and pruning to furniture construction, litter picking and disposal, and hedge care and maintenance. We have experience in smaller, "one-off" jobs as well as delivering ongoing, long term maintenance contracts for a variety of clients.

Client: Sheffield City Council

Sites: Moorfoot Building and Stadia Technology Park

2014-present: An ongoing contract to provide grounds maintenance services to the Moorfoot Building and Stadia Technology Park, both owned by Sheffield City Council. Work at both sites includes grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control, litter picking and general pruning. The team visits Stadia one day a month and Moorfoot for 2 days per month, and were awarded this contract through word of mouth, based on their excellent grounds maintenance work at the Halfway site.

    Client: Sheffield Wildlife Trust

     Site: Victoria Hall

2011-present: Wildscapes have an ongoing contract for the maintenance of the head office of Sheffield and Rotherham Wildlife Trust. Work has included path maintenance, mowing, pond clearance, hedge laying, pruning, and the construction of "bug hotel" seating and new decking at the onsite pond. The gardens are used by the whole community, and Wildscapes has received positive feedback from local users.

Client: Sheffield City Council

Site: Halfway

2009-present: An ongoing contract to provide maintenance services at the Halfway site, including litter picking and disposal, grass cutting, vegetation clearance and the maintenance of the “snake sculpture” onsite. Wildscapes have been carrying out work on this site for 6 years, and visit the site once a month.
