At the age of 15 I started volunteering at the National Trust, Marsden Moor Estate. This is where I discovered my love for land management and conservation. I gained many awards for my voluntary work at the National Trust including an Award of Excellence, young personality of the year award semifinalist and a tree planted in my name.

I have also volunteered at National Trust- Troutbeck and Windermere Estate, National Trust- Hardcastle Crags, Wildlife Trust Penwortham, and Garstang Wyre Borough Rangers.

 

In 2007 I started my own business (Harman Countryside Services) offering land based services with a client base ranging from private land owners to the Huddersfield Town Centre Management Partnership.

 

I started working for Wildscapes in March of this year; since starting I have been truly inspired by the level of commitment and professional standard of everyone in the  Wildscapes Team which is second to non, and I feel grateful to be a part of the fantastic work they do.
